BIOGRAPHY
I was born in Yokosuka, Japan on November 23, 1971.
My dad was Charles Nath Fulfer, Jr. and my mother is Masako Mizuno
Meagher, but everyone in Mountainair know them as Junior and June-ko.
I grew up in Imperial Beach, CA, and Moved to
Mountainair (by way of San Francisco) in 1994. Mountainair has
been a special place for me. You can say I discovered how I really am in
this town. If it wasn't for the peace and quiet, I would not have been
able to listen to the lessons of life.
I married Kristy Foster in 2002 and we had our wonderful
Charles "Chucky" in September 2003. We just celebrated his 6th birthday
and I SO cherish their time. This is the main reason why I run my
businesses out of my home office, so I can be with them when they need
me.
New Mexico has so many opportunities that many newcomers
don't realize and locals don't appreciate. Our university educational system is one of them.
I discovered this system in 2000 and have been "going to school" ever
since. I started with UNM Valencia Campus, earning an Associates
Degree in Business Administration. I moved on to
the Main Campus, earning my Bachelors in Business Administration from the Anderson Schools of Management. Finally, I've
arrived at the School of Architecture & Planning and the School of
Public Administration where I'm currently seeking a dual Masters degree,
in Community and Regional Planning and Public Administration,
respectively. When I complete my degrees, I
plan on continuing my education. Program possibilities include a
Ph.D. in Psychology, Sociology or a J.D. in Law.
